This oil generally fits any kitchen need – cold or hot. With its neutral organoleptic characteristics it can be used in any cooking recipe (pan frying, sautéing, baking, hummus, mayo, dressings etc.)

It has no particular long time heat stability due to absence of Omega 9 & / or antifoaming agent in its content, and therefore is not recommended for deep frying

The right way to measure frying performance of the oil is via Total Polar Materials (TPM). The quantity of TPM is widely regulated and is the most objective measure to decide if the oil is still good to use. Often, by mistake, people judge by colour or visibility (how deep you can see in the oil), instead of measuring the quantity of TPM. NB: Our claims regarding hours of fry life are based on specific frying tests conducted in our test kitchen. Significant changes in frying conditions may result in differences in oil performance vs. performance claimed.
